Arrest distress migration through effective implementation of MGNREGA : 2020 -2021
Key Activities:
- Creating job demand among migrant and wage earners
- Connecting with MGNREGA activities
- Supporting block and panchayat authorities in mobilization, monitoring and management of MGNREGA work
- Explored more and more persondays for livelihood of migrants through MGNREGA progrmme based on INRM(Land, water,and forest) activities
Broad outcomes :
- MGNREGA connected to 11,000 migrant househols
- Performance on implementation of MGNREGA in Tureikela block increased from 20th to 5th position in 20 targeted migration prone blocks of Odisha.
