Registered under SRA-1860 ACT Regd No.5069/48 of 2002-03 at additional registrar of society, Bolangir and subsequently got IGR Registration at Cuttack, Registration no.22892/102 of 2008-09.Registered under FCRA 1976 bearing No. – 104840084 and Renewal of FCRA certificate. Registered under Income Tax Exemption Act 1961-12A and 80G and Renewal of both certificates.Niti Ayog Registration noOR/2016/0108207 Registration for the entities for Undertaking CSR Acitivities bearing No.CSR00029671.

          Before initiation of SANKALPA, Numbers of village meeting had been conducted in the migrant and drought prone villages in Turekela and Belpara of Bolangir District in order to mobilize and organize the downtrodden & migrants people who were deprived from getting their basic rights and entitlements as provided by the state and Central Govt. Subsequently 42 nos of Migrants labour societies,200 nos. of Women SHGs and 10 nos of Farmer societies had been formed for bring in to one platform whose total memberships are 6570. The SANKALPA played pivotal role by providing work opportunities at door steps by obtaining fund from CARE INDIA, DFID and State Govt. of Odisha. As a result which numbers of Structure based on INRM( Land,water & forest related activities) could be undertaken in operational villages of SANKALPA. 35 Nos of WHS and 15nos of TWHS, 50 Acres of plantation ,35 Acres of horticulture species planted in community land, 40 nos of grain bank and seed bank formed, as well as 200nos. of gully plucking,45 nos of stone bonding and earthen bond was constructed for control of soil erosion.There were livelihood support to 250 HHs,7nos. of dug well and 5nos. of horticulture demonstration field was established in IIFS projrct as well as 13 nos of off-farm and Non- farm activities were in this project .There were 1500 nos of IHHL had been constructed through RWSS,Bolangir. 184 nos unemployed rural youth undergone vocational training to ensure their livelihood. There were 1801nos rural women had been collectivized for assorting their basic rights & entilements and ensure good governance at GP level. We undertook programme Arrest distress migration project from Govt. of odisha in 51 villages of Turekela block in order to explore more and more persondays through MGNREGA based on INRM (land,water,& forest related) activities for sustainable livelihood. In this project we could covered 10,000 benificiaries in 10 GPs of Turekela. Now we are focusing on mobilizing and Organizing the farmers/ Traditional artisan Group in order to form of producer companyby taking the membership from 3 blocks namely Turekela, Belpara  and Muribahal in Balangir District.

SANKALPA is now focusing on livelihood programme of un-organized labors especially migrants, strengthening grassroots governance, sustainable agriculture,Climate Resilience and adaptive measure, skill building through vocational training, promoting the status of education and protecting the rights of children, women and disabled.
