About of Sankalpa Organization
BACKGROUND AND INCEPTION OF SANKALPA :
Sankalpa was Initiated in the year 2000 by mobalizing and organizing labour groups, Women SHGs and Farmers those who have been facing several numbers of problems, issues prevailing since long. for their survival. Keeping in mind, numbers of meetings, trainings and orientation had been conducted to realise the existing issues and identification of root cause as to how the problems will be overcome. After understanding and realised the issues it was decided to form an oraganization at village level by taking all target groups as a result of which it was formed 42nos. of labour groups,200 nos women SHGs as well as farmers groups in the operational area whose total members are 6570. Subsequently SANKALPA was formed and initiated process to play as pivotal role of the said organisation in order to provide work opportuinities at door steps through different schemes and programmes as provided by the central and state Govt.

To promote the ability of deprived community in enhancing their livelihood with available resources and skills including, building accountability of governance system in order to constitutional provisions
Objectives :-
To promote community institutions of vulnerable and deprived community especially for distress migrants, women, disabled, small and marginal farmers enabling them in accessing their rights and entitlements for their sustainable livelihood.

Formation of FPO (Farmers Producer Organization) :
- Now we are focusing on mobilization and organization of farmer groups in order to get into a platform. These groups have been constituted by the voluntarily support of farmer and organization.
- Its aim and objective is reduced distress sell of agricultural products as well as enhancement of farmers income in village level.
